Nanny
A nanny your kids will remember.
Live-in childcare for families in the northeastern United States. One to three kids, ages five to eighteen.
I bring a regulated presence, real curiosity about your kids, honest cooking, steady structure, and silliness on demand. Contracted, on the books, and clear about what I do and what I don't.
The right family
I work best with open-minded families who see their nanny as both a professional and a person. You have one to three kids between five and eighteen. You value a healthy work-life balance and you respect working hours, yours and mine. Maybe you already live a holistic lifestyle, or you are at least curious about one.
You are not looking for household staff or a stand-in parent. You want a warm, mature adult your kids genuinely like being around: someone who holds structure without heaviness and brings real presence to the everyday.
What I bring
- A regulated presence. Kids borrow the nervous systems of the adults around them. Mine is steady.
- Structure without rigidity. Routines that hold, with room to breathe.
- Real cooking. Actual meals, made with care.
- Genuine curiosity about your kids. Their interests become my interests.
- Silliness on demand. I am fluent in fun.
- Experience across three continents. Four years of childcare and mentorship work in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Australia.
- Clear communication. You will always know where things stand.

What I don't do
I am a nanny, not household staff. My work is your children: their care, their routines, their meals, the spaces and things that are theirs. I do not run the household, manage other staff, or take on the family's laundry and errands.
I say this upfront because clarity serves everyone. The families I work best with read this and feel relief, not friction. Clear roles are how a nanny stays warm, present, and genuinely good at the job for years, not months.
