The right family

I work best with open-minded families who see their nanny as both a professional and a person. You have one to three kids from newborn to teen years. You value a healthy work-life balance and you respect working hours, yours and mine. Maybe you already live a holistic lifestyle, or you are at least curious about one.

You want a warm, mature adult your kids genuinely like being around: someone who holds structure without heaviness and brings real presence to the everyday.

I'm at a point in my life where I'm very flexible. Finding the right fit with a family is the most important thing to me, and I'm open to being by the beach, in a city, or out in the country.
Schedule
Five days a week, forty to forty-five hours, two consecutive days off
ROTA
Open to rotational schedules (e.g., 1-2 weeks on/1-2 weeks off) for the right family or role

How I work in your home

My role centers on the care, development, and well-being of the children. I work closely with parents to build a nurturing, well-structured environment, while staying flexible to the needs and dynamics of each household. In homes with additional staff, I collaborate easily as part of the team, always keeping the children as my primary focus.

I believe children learn best through play, imagination, outdoor exploration, and genuine interaction. My approach is hands-on and engaged: getting down on the floor to build, heading outside to explore, and following a child's curiosity wherever it leads.

I say this upfront because clarity serves everyone. Knowing where my focus sits is how a nanny stays warm, present, and genuinely good at the job for years, not months.
